Fort Wayne-based ZOOM Information Systems today announced the acquisition of Minneapolis-based ThomTech Design, Inc. ThomTech offers products and services that provide automatic vehicle location (AVL), mobile data terminals (MDT), computer aided dispatch (CAD), remote data collection and road closure gate systems to City, County, State and private fleets and highway managers.
