Yes, all of our advertisers are allowed to change their advertising at no additional cost.

How do I know which locations would be best for me to advertising at?
During an initial meeting or phone conversation, our staff will consult with you to understand your target geographic markets, available budget and locations where space is available. Following this discovery process, we can assemble a proposal that best matches your needs. 

Is there an additional cost to develop our ads?
Rest-Area Advertising: No additional charge.
BMV-TV:
Video Advertising: If you supply the video and commmerical, there is no additional charge. Charges would apply if we were to produce your video and commercial.
Logo Ad: No additional charge.
Scrolling Ad: No additional charge. 

How long have these programs been in place?
The rest-area program started as a pilot project in 2004 with the Iowa D.O.T. Following successful completion of the pilot period, the program was expanded Statewide and has continued to evolve ever since. We now have exclusive agreements in place with (8) State D.O.T organizations.
The BMV-TV program is offered in Indiana only as part of an exclusive agreement with the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicle Division. It is new in 2008.
